Today's Miami Herald is reporting that the number closings for new condos along the Biscayne Corridor and Brickell area have surpassed most of the analystis expectations.  According to the report, 2 out of every 3 new condos have closed successfully but there are still over 4,000 units left to hit the market in the new few months.
